Durable robotic Troops for the Mechanicum
Unmake enemy armour with blasts from a terrifying darkfire lance
Can be armed with twin bolters or flamers
This resin modelling kit is a collectible item and construction should only be undertaken by expert Warhammer hobbyists aged 15 years and over
Primarily intended for siege work and shock assaults, the Castellax is a terrifying, humanoid machine thrice the height of a man, with a notoriously aggressive and responsive machine spirit. Its armoured endoskeleton is proof against small arms fire, reinforced further by its atomantic shielding, providing formidable protection that the Legio Cybernetica rely on for the defence of many Forge Worlds. The arcane darkfire cannon is perhaps the most lethal of the Castellax’s many armaments – unleashing howling beams of pure darkness that pierce even the thickest armour in a photonic lance of blinding un-light.
This multipart resin kit builds one Castellax battle-automaton armed with crushing claws and a shoulder-mounted darkfire cannon. The Castellax is also equipped with your choice of in-built arm weapons – paired bolters or paired flamers. This armour-plated robot sports plenty of mechanical details, from its power cables and reactor systems to the cybernetic skull ensconced in its chest. It also features a degree of posability, and the kit includes an alternate foot component, allowing you to build it as though walking forward or braced to fire.
This kit comprises 28 resin components, and is supplied with a Citadel 60mm Round Base. This miniatures is supplied unpainted and requires assembly – we recommend using Citadel Colour paints.
